The original recipe used chicken but I replaced it with tofu. If you’re vegan, the eggs can be replaced with wet dough of wheat flour (but don’t be too runny, make a thick version).

Ingredients
Tofu:
– 200 grams of tofu
– 7 tbsp wheat flour

Pickles:
– 2 carrots (grated or cut vertically)
– 150 ml of water
– 2 tbsp sugar
– 2 tbsp vinegar
– 1/4 tsp salt

Sauce:
– 2 tbsp tomato sauce
– 3 tbsp mayo
– 1/4 tsp pepper

Step
Tofu:
1. Squeeze the tofu with a clean cloth until there is no water
2. Add flour
3. Stir and shape
4. Fry in hot oil until golden
5. Ready to serve

Pickles:
1. Mix carrots with water, sugar, salt and vinegar
2. Stir and store in the refrigerator while making tofu
3. Ready to serve as pickles
